What is covered?
How much will it cost?
Is it worth making a claim?
What is the process?

Luckily at GlassMasters, we direct bill all Insurance companies, and our fully trained staff are experts in helping you decide which avenue to take, and what we will need from you to accelerate the process.

GlassMasters Pro Tip

If you haven't started a claim, make sure you call your insurance company FIRST. This will prevent any insurance claim hiccups when you visit us for service.

Making a Windshield Claim

All we need from you is a copy of your auto policy and a copy of the vehicle's registration. That's it! We'll take care of everything else and advise you of your deductible and the retail price of the glass.

Making a windshield claim is not the same as making other claims on your vehicle's insurance.

Your basic premiums and insurance rates remain the same; only the price of your road hazard glass policy will increase.

For All Other Pieces of Glass, and All Hail Damage Claims

For All other pieces of glass, and all Hail damage claims, you must first contact your insurance and obtain a claim number, and the contact information of the adjuster you spoke with. (Side and door glass/back glass, broken from vandalism, Sunroofs etc)

Similar to windshields, you then just bring us the claim number, and name/phone number of the adjuster you spoke with, along with your policy and registration, and drop them off with your vehicle! We will deal with all the billing directly and collect the appropriate deductible from you when you come to pick up your vehicle. We will likely need an extra signature, that’s about it!

We Always Recommend Speaking to Your Insurance Provider First

For other questions specific to your policy, and for questions about what is covered and what is not, we always recommend speaking to your insurance provider first. However, for quick questions or if you need some help navigating who you should be speaking with, just call or drop into one of our locations, We will be more than happy to assist, even if It means speaking to the insurance company on your behalf so nothing is miscommunicated. Just let us know what you need!

We’ll help you find a way to say yes!
