Amid ongoing concerns about COVID-19, we wanted to reach out and explain what we are doing here at GlassMasters in response to the situation to ensure our stores are safe for customers and employees.
Firstly, the safety of our customers, friends and family is our utmost concern. We want you to be safe and we want our team to be safe. With this in mind, we have increased our cleaning protocols at all of our stores effective immediately. This includes increasing the frequency of complete facility cleaning and ongoing sanitization throughout the day, focusing on all high use areas such as phones, desks, customer waiting areas and counter surfaces.
Secondly, we have provided and reviewed detailed information to all of our staff about the virus, procedures for detection and self-quarantine, instructions for sanitization and what our expectations are about maintaining a vigilant approach to our protocols.
Thirdly, if you are experiencing symptoms but have an appointment booked, we kindly ask that you call your local store to either rebook to discuss moving the appointment to our mobile service.
